Miami, Florida. The legal entity is North Bay Opco I, Inc., a Delaware corporation, at 777 Brickell Ave, Suite 500 PMB 1074, Miami, FL 33131.
Does North Bay Ventures invest in outside startups?
No. It builds its own companies rather than investing in companies run by outside founders.

What does AI-native mean at North Bay Ventures?
AI agents are part of the team from day one, doing much of the routine engineering and operations work, and every product can be used by agents directly through an API, a CLI and an MCP server.
How is a venture studio different from a VC fund?
A VC fund invests money in companies that other founders run. A venture studio comes up with the ideas and builds and runs the companies itself.
Why does North Bay Ventures focus on AI agents?
Agents have made building software much cheaper, and they create new needs: safe places to run code, which Sandboxer provides, and new ways to reach customers, which Transformer provides.
