How do brands use Transformer?

Brands use Transformer to pay creators on X for honest posts about their product, with the money held until each post is verified. Each creator gets a tracked link, so the brand can compare clicks, signups and sales across creators and re-book the ones that work.

What does a brand get from Transformer?

  • Offers to any X handle, with an ask, a link, a deliverable and a payout. Brands paste their website, get suggested X creators matched to it, and send each an offer with the price and ask prefilled, so there's no brief to write.
  • Pay on accept: sending offers is free; you pay only when a creator accepts, the money is held, and it's released only after the post is verified.
  • Automatic verification that the post is live, from the right account, with your link and a disclosure.
  • Tracked links and conversions, so clicks and sales are attributed to the creator who drove them.
  • Agent access over MCP, a CLI and a REST API, at no extra cost.

How do brands find and price creators?

Brands can address an offer to any X handle, or search creators who have connected X to Transformer by topic or handle. Creators can publish a profile with niches and a rate card. Suggested prices start from default follower tiers:

Followers on XSuggested price starts atCreator receives (80%)
Under 5,000$50$40
5,000–24,999$125$100
25,000–99,999$250$200
100,000–499,999$625$500
500,000+Set per creator80% of the agreed price

These are starting points, not flat prices. Each creator's suggested price sits within their tier's band, moving up for creators with stronger views per follower and engagement, and it's shown as a range. Brands can save their own tiers, and the brand sets the final price on each offer. Source: Transformer's sponsored post rates by follower count.

What does a campaign cost a brand?

The cost of a campaign is the sum of its offers. There's no subscription, seat fee or minimum, and Transformer's 20% comes out of each payout rather than being added on top. At the starting price of the 5,000–24,999 tier, ten posts cost $1,250; creators with stronger views and engagement are suggested at more. If you add a sales commission, it's split the same way. See pricing and fees.

How does a brand avoid paying for posts that never happen?

You pay only for offers a creator accepts. The payout is held from the moment you pay and released only when Transformer verifies the post on X. If the creator declines, the offer expires, or the post never passes verification, the money goes back to your Transformer balance for your next offer. Details are in pay on verified posts.

How does a brand measure results?

Each accepted offer gets a tracked link. Clicks are counted, and the visitor arrives on your site with a tf_click id. Your backend reports each sale or signup with that id, and Transformer shows clicks, conversions, revenue and commission per offer. Brands with their own per-creator landing pages can record visits server-side or with a pixel. See attribution.

Can a brand hand the work to an AI agent?

Yes. A brand workspace key lets an agent get suggested creators, send offers, pay for accepted ones, track verification and report conversions. Sending costs nothing, so budget is committed only at the payment step after a creator accepts. See agents and MCP.

What makes a good ask?

Short. There's no brief to write: an ask is one or two sentences on what to post about, plus your link. Transformer prefills it from your website when you set up an offer, so most brands only adjust the wording.

The ask is guidance, not a script. Creators write their own posts in their own words, with X's Paid partnership label on, and the tracked link shows what each one drove.

Frequently asked questions

Can brands sign up on their own?

Yes. A brand can sign in, create a brand workspace and send offers straight away. Nothing is charged until a creator accepts; the brand can then pay for several accepted offers at once.

Can a brand write the post for the creator?

No. Transformer works on an ask, not a script. The brand gives talking points and must-haves, and the creator writes the post in their own words.

Does Transformer guarantee results?

No. Its terms say it doesn't guarantee any number of clicks, sales or offers. It guarantees the process: payment is released only for verified posts.

Can a brand reuse a creator's post in paid ads?

Not by default. Transformer's terms let the brand link to, embed and share the post as published; wider use such as paid ads needs a separate agreement with the creator.

Can a brand send an offer to a creator who isn't on Transformer yet?

Yes. Offers can be addressed to an X handle or an email, and each offer has an invite link the brand can share. The creator who accepts must own that handle.
