How do creators earn on Transformer?

Creators sign in with X, accept the brand offers they like, post in their own words with the link and X's Paid partnership label, and keep 80% of the payout once the post is verified. The brand pays after you accept and before you post, so the money is held before you do any work.

How does a creator get started?

  1. Sign in with X. Transformer asks for read-only access.
  2. Fill in your profile. Add a headline, your niches and, if you want, a rate card for posts, threads and videos. You can be listed or hidden.
  3. Review offers. Each one shows the ask, the link, the deliverable, and what you'll earn.
  4. Accept, then post and submit. The brand pays within 72 hours of your acceptance. Once it has, post from your own account within 7 days and paste the post URL.
  5. Get credited and withdraw. Your 80% moves to your balance. Add a PayPal email or a USDC address (Solana or Base) and request a payout from $10.

How much does a creator earn?

You keep 80% of what the brand pays, and 80% of any sales commission. There are no sign-up fees, subscriptions or payout fees for creators. Suggested prices start from default follower tiers:

Your followers on XSuggested price starts atYou earn (80%)
Under 5,000$50$40
5,000–24,999$125$100
25,000–99,999$250$200
100,000–499,999$625$500

Within your tier's band, your suggested price moves up with your views per follower and engagement, and brands see it as a range. The brand sets the final price, and can offer more, for example for threads and videos or a strong audience fit. Accounts with 500,000 or more followers are priced individually. Commission works the same way. If an offer pays 10% on tracked sales, each $100 sale your link drives adds $10, of which you keep $8. Commission is credited for each sale the brand reports.

Is it safe to connect my X account?

Transformer's sign-in with X requests read access only. It can't post for you, doesn't read your direct messages and doesn't keep long-lived X tokens. It uses public data to check your posts. You can disconnect from your workspace or from X's settings at any time.

The X permissions requested are limited to reading posts and your user profile, which is what verification needs.

Do I have to follow a script?

No. Brands send an ask with what they want covered and the must-haves; you write the post yourself. Transformer's terms ask creators to post honestly and reflect their real experience, and they let brands suggest topics but not script false claims. Turning down offers that don't suit your audience is normal.

What must every sponsored post include?

The offer's link, with X's Paid partnership label turned on. Transformer checks both before releasing payment. Transformer's verification checks for that label; #ad in the text counts only where X doesn't show it. See disclosing sponsored posts.

Can an agent manage my deals?

Yes. With a creator workspace key, an agent can sort incoming offers by your rules, accept or decline them, submit the URLs of posts you published, and check your earnings and balance. It can't post on X for you. See agents and MCP.

How do I keep my audience's trust?

Your recommendations are only worth paying for while your followers believe them. Transformer's advice to creators comes down to three habits: promote only things you've actually tried, say what you didn't like as well as what you did, and turn down offers that don't fit your audience. Fewer, better sponsorships keep each one credible.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a lot of followers?

No. Transformer's default tiers start under 5,000 followers, and brands often care more about audience fit and engagement than size.

When do I get paid?

Your 80% is credited when your post is verified. Payout requests start at $10 and are paid by PayPal or USDC, usually within 3 business days.

Can I set my own price?

You can publish a rate card on your profile. The brand sets the payout on each offer, and you accept or decline it.

How long do I keep the post up?

Transformer's terms say at least 30 days, unless the offer says otherwise.

What kinds of posts can an offer ask for?

A single X post, an X thread or an X post with a video. One offer can cover up to 20 of them, and video offers are checked for a video.

Can creators outside the US use Transformer?

Payouts are paid by PayPal or USDC, and non-US creators file a W-8BEN once they reach the yearly tax-form threshold. Transformer's terms exclude people in comprehensively sanctioned countries.
